Skill set
I like to see myself as a allround graphic designer. Through the years I developed my skill set to the point I’m confident enough to take on every project that comes my way.
My most precious skill is drawing. It’s something that was taught to me by my late grandfather at a young age. Besides it being a sentimental skill, it’s a helpful one as well. Being able to draw, I can sketch my ideas quickly on paper and ask the customer for a first opinion. It’s something that saves me and the customer time.
Besides drawing, I think my people skills is one that often comes in handy. In my designing process I try to think along with the customer about his business, what demographic he’s trying to reach and that kind of stuff. By doing that, I can recommend the customer what styles, colours and fonts to use. That way, his demographic can relate with his company more than before.
